Following are the terms and
conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please
allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
My Website (change this) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Darnim.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship to the United States via UPS or USPS.
Shipments are usually 2 - 6 days but delays can occur.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at Sales@darnim.ca.
Items purchased from Darnim.ca can be returned for refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
We must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return. We are unable to refund shipping costs.
If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use Canada Post Expedited service. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping, or store credit can be issued to you.
If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens). If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly input address, Darnim.ca is completely not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement
When you place a pre-order you enter into an agreement to purchase the item from us, therefore we do not process refunds on pre-orders unless:
a) The item arrival date becomes later than originally stated
b) The item is cancelled by the manufacturer.
After you’ve submitted a return request to <support email address>, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package.
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
Final Sale Items
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
